How the Cutouts Are Made

Each piece is hand cut from high quality 1/2 inch Baltic Birch plywood and hand sanded.
There are two complete coats of weather resistant outdoor paint applied to each piece before the color and detail painting is done.
The top coats are also premium grade outdoor paints.
Finally, each piece is sealed with Varathane Diamond Polyurethane wood finish.

Top quality materials are used throughout, so with a little care these decorations will last for many years to come.
